What is the valid format? "The Support Page Link"

I don’t know what would be appropriate to fill in for this information. In my opinion, players can provide feedback through the following links, but the reviewers always disagree.

I am unable to get in touch with the auditor. This leaves me with no choice but to try randomly, which is ridiculous.
