What is the max landscape size for UEF?

I was reading the forum thread here that was posted last year https://forums.unrealengine.com/t/creating-battle-royale-sized-islands-feedback/647027 … and it seems the staff was asking for users to create landscapes of that size. Is that currently a valid size for a map in Fortnite? Or was that just a stress test of the editor?

What is our max landscape size? Also do we have the option of using the new landscape blueprint tools (likes splines)

Your landscape can have a section size of 255x255 quads but the overall resolution of the landscape cannot be larger than 2048x2048 so if you do decide to have a 255x255 grid you’re limited to 8x8 components.
