What is the logic of camera rotation in internal/external camera parameters (CSV)?

Hello, I would like to know what is the rotation logic for Heading pitch and roll when exporting a camera (internal/external camera parameters (CSV))? I need this to get the rotation matrix from these parameters. Can you help me figure it out?
