What is the legality of using assets provided by a shared university account in private development?

In short, my university has provided all students on the course with a shared account that has an absolute ton of assets, mainly gathered from the moths that they were available for free. They said that we are free to use any of them for the purpose of the coursework, and that we do not have to credit the university should we choose to make the games that we work on public, and that we may work on them further if we want to. What I am curious about is any potential trouble related to releasing a game that contains those assets as a paid product. As a permission to use them and develop further using them has been given, would it still be fine even if I officially do not have them on my personal account?
