What is the extent of the "Mature" tag for products referencing Alcohol and Tobacco?

Hello,

We are about to release a furniture pack soon. This pack mostly contains furniture but, there are 2 assets that are empty “decorative” ash trays.

I was wondering about the extent of Mature products in the eyes of Fab’s moderation.
Can we submit this pack without assigning it a Mature tag?
Will we get sanctioned for not doing so?
Will the pack automatically be flag for containing assets with the keyword “AshTray”?

Hi RC,
Regulated goods like tobacco and alcohol and associated paraphernalia (like an ashtray), are considered mature content since they aren’t suitable for all ages. If the product isn’t declared mature at the time of publishing and is detected later, we would expect the mature rating to be updated to properly flag the content.
