What is the difference between Spawnable and Possessable Camera?

And the main question, does it somehow affect the pipeline? I didn’t see any difference while using both, except some problems when using Sequencer inside Matrix demo when only Spawnable cameras worked properly (or vice versa, I don’t remember), but I didn’t get why. So what is the difference actually? When should you care about using first or second?
