What is the best way to have both "press key to interact" and "hold key to interact" for the same key?

I followed a tutorial a while ago that guided me through very basic setups of an interact key. (Literally just going to Project Settings, Input, and adding a “Use” key bound to “E”).

However I want to have objects that will require the use key to be held, and I’d prefer this to be mapped to the same button press. So I can have both Press E and Hold E.

I’ve done a lot of searching but have only found people trying to set up one or the other. Anyone know how I can do this?
