The approved and published island does not connect in public or private matchmaking. Private matchmaking fails in both Europe and NA-East. Other islands connect successfully, and launching a test session from UEFN works.
Minimum Players and Overtime Player Target are both set to 1. The island download completes successfully, but matchmaking remains in TicketWaitingForAssigment without a server assignment.
Expected result: a server is assigned and the published island loads.
