What is happening when the level sequence loops?

When looping through a level sequence, there is often a flickering in the footage through the Cine Camera Actor, as if the lighting is being recalculated or the actor is re-spawning.

This phenomenon does not occur when camera cuts are disabled and viewed with the player camera. However, I would like to use CineCameraActor.
