What is going on with playing official Epic videos in learning?

All epic official videos in learning are playing back at a horrible quality/rate. Its buffering all the time and switching to the lowest resolution possible. Its pretty much unwatchable most of the time.

Its sad to see this as Epic has decided to post the content on their own service with own player. Its just not working very well.

This is from Europe, 250mbit fiber line.

Old thread, but i am just starting out and finding the same thing. Even at 720p the video becomes jittery as the playback catches up to the buffer over and over again. 648p seems to be the max quality I can achieve without pausing for periods to let it buffer.
