So I claimed all the Megascans back in Oct and apperently I was supposed to claim them on quixel.com because of a bug… I was unaware of this and now apparently have zero access to them now… is anyone else having this issue or??? Cause like I dont understand how I wouldve known this was a thing cause I was continuasly reading claiming them was enough…
Yes I also have 0 of my claimed Assets and I am really frustrated. I just wanted to start to make a new game and noticed everything is not here anymore. This really lead me to quit UE… sadly
Hi @TMFCHEF and @Gorzillator . Before the end of 2024 it was possible to claim Megascans via both Fab.com and Quixel.
If you claimed the Megascans library on Fab, you should have access to Megascans on Fab. They’re not all showing up in your library at this time, but if you click on a listing, it’ll show that it’s saved in your library:
If you claimed Megascans on Quixel.com or Bridge, you should have access to those Megascans on Quixel.com and Bridge.
If you claimed Megascans on Fab, they won’t appear in Bridge, and if you claimed Megascans on Bridge/Quixel.com, they won’t appear in Fab. That said, we are working on making it so that Megascans claimed on Bridge/Quixel.com will transfer to Fab.
If you claimed Megascans in one place (e.g., Fab) and you don’t have access to those Megascans in that place (Fab, in this example), please contact support.

I just thought that if I clicked this button before 2025 I would have access to tens of thousands of resources forever, but I didn’t. I didn’t expect to have to manually go click-and-collect (or use a script), many people are misled, and I’m sad that I missed out on these resources that were once available for free. Of course, I also wish epic business well, I am also an epic fan, just missing out on some things will make me sad for a long time.
Hi @Ozg_No.01 . If you’re seeing that “Browse Megascans” thumbnail in My Library, it’s because you successfully claimed the Megascans when they were available in 2024. This means that you will continue to have access to them all for free. You don’t need to manually click-and-collect.
Good morning! Thank you for your reply. “Browse Megascans” are in my library, but I can only use 1,500 free assets, not 18,000 assets. Many of my friends have 18,000 assets (which they acquired for free by 2025).
The assets that you claimed are no longer free, which is why they’re not showing up when you filter for free assets. That doesn’t mean, however, that you don’t have access to them.
For example, this asset:
It has a price when looking at search view (this is a known issue that affects users who’ve claimed all Megascans), but when I open the listing, it shows as being something that I have a claim to.
Try opening a listing for a for-purchase Quixel asset and see if the listing page indicates that it’s “Saved in My Library”. If it does, things are as they should be. If it doesn’t, please contact support.
