What happened to all the templates in 4.23?

All templates seem to be gone when creating a new project - no first person, third person, flying etc. Am I missing something?

Probably. In the Epic Games Launcher click the arrow next to the launch button and select Options. Check if “Templates and Feature Packs” is checked.
