What happened to my Claimed Megascan library?!

I did claim it last year and now I need to buy them individually…
I feel tricked.
I have also errors when trying to login to Quixel mixer.

It tells me when I use my Quixel account that I should use my Epic account which I do, but it says that I cant login.

And I also tried to download bridge to see if I could find my assets there.
Same story with the login- I need to use epic games account and when I try to use google on the epic account. It says.
