What exactly is the cause of this sRGB color difference?

Hi,

I’ve been recreating some materials of some textures I baked out from Substance Painter using master materials and RGB masks. I’m mostly there with what I’ve been setting up but I’ve noticed that the sRGB value of this texture is not translating over in the material I’ve made for the dirt mask.

I’ve copied over the dirt color value from Substance Painter and it only appears to be the same if I uncheck sRGB. I should have all my textures set up correctly on import so can someone please confirm where the issue is in matching the texture color of the dirt in a material? I’ve read up on sRGB a bit but I’m not following how I need to apply it here to match it.
