What exactly does FORCE_USE_STATS allow to use?

I saw an article saying that some profiling stats cannot be used even if FORCE_USE_STATS is enabled. (ex. Network Profiler is disabled even with FORCE_USE_STATS.)

Exactly what stats can I collect when I enable FORCE_USE_STATS?
