That is a normal map. It’s a map that adds the appearance of bumps and dents on a mesh (without them actually being there). You can’t have detailed graphics without it.
But when i placing a cube with this it looks awful . How it is can be possible explain please more.

First of all, this is an American forum, and people here communicate in English. Second, no, I am not from turkey nor do I have any roots from there.
Third, if something is “too long to read” for you, and you can’t wrap your head around something as simple as normal mapping, game development isn’t for you.
the normal map make bumps. sometimes normal map is make for one mesh only. sometimes normal map can be for any mesh. the normal map you show good for character mesh so look bad on cube. if you use maybe tiling grass normal map on cube this one look good.

Just google what a normal map is. It’s basically a texture that stores information of the surface normal vector for each pixel. Normal vector of a surface is the “arrow” that points up from that surface and its always perpendicular to said surface.
