I am going trough the Audi Configurator from marketplace, and I do not understand what this nodes means in the control rig. I know there is “Get Children” node but what does it mean when it says “Get Children (Deprecated)” ?
It’s no longer recommended to be used, it’s being phased out and may / will stop working in the future engine build as it’s now considered an old / redundant feature.
Once the editor gets a new / updated / replacement set of tools, the old ones are kept around for legacy & compatibility reasons (as seen above) in order to prevent all hell breaking loose. This also means there will be no improvements / bug fixes to a now deprecated system.
A good example is the Enhanced Input System:
Mashing buttons the old way still works just fine but the new snazzy system is the way to go forward.

As the other reply says, it’s a feature which has now be replaced by something else.
If you are writing new code, you shouldn’t be using a deprecated feature!
