Im new to programming and making games but im also broke, what tools can i use to make a shooter on unreal that will be low cost so me and my group can make our first game. it is concepted as a sandbox , think halo combat evolved i suppose. I love gaming , and i love the people that use games to show their art , thank you all for helping and please post a response .
UE4 is free to use, and if you need a 3D program there is Blender which is free.
