I have a perforce server and for some reason, one of my users cannot download our depot by using ‘get latest revision’ without getting this error after an undetermined amount of time. I have 5 other users that have downloaded and continue to check in / out files perfectly. Also, I’ve removed his account and created it again, making sure the passwords were correct, and it still occurs. I realize this is probably a perforce question unrelated to unreal, but if someone can help please do! 
I’ve contacted perforce support with my server config and log file, they’re looking into it. I’ll update this ticket as I find out more
