Reinstalling the operating system is considered to be the same as a change of the computer. You need to install the program and activate the license anew.
Unfortunately, the system will not allow you to activate that license if its activation was not removed beforehand. That is why before reinstalling the operating system, we recommend removing the license activation from RealityCapture.
