What could possibly be causing the console not to be opened on builds?

Hello!
I am building a game with UE10.1
I have an italian keyboard.
In my project, I set the shortcut to open the console to “+”. When I package, open my game, and hit +, nothing happens. Does anyone know what could possibly be wrong?

Is this a shipping build? The console is automatically turned off for shipping builds.

Turns out italian keyboards had weird interactions with the console opening thing. The build was for development and I just had to set my keyboard to english.
