Hey guys, I’m new to Unreal, and I’m having an issue with a large landscape map.
I seem to be getting some unwanted haze/glare coming from my scene and I’m hoping someone can help me to get rid of it. As far as I can tell, its not coming from any of the post process volume settings, as I’ve tried turning them off one by one under the viewport > show > post processing.
What else would be causing it?
Any help would be appreciated!
Look at the properties of the atmospheric fog in your world outliner
Thanks for the tip. I tried getting rid of my atmospheric fog, but this didn’t change anything. I believe the problem was actually something to do with my landscape material… see my answer below
I believe this issue was something to do with my landscape material.
I removed the atmospheric fog from my scene, but the hazy look was still there, when I changed landscape material back to the default world grid material, or one of the materials from the kite demo content, it disappeared. Conclusion: something was up with my landscape material
