What can you use in place of Make Rot From ZX for a rotation instead of 2 vectors

So here is the blueprint in question and just more out of curiosity, i would like to know how to do whats in the blueprint but without the vectors in the middle section.

As far as what its doing, Its making a vector that is locked locally to the X axis of my actor(the 3D space cursor)so it can spin around it and points in the direction as best it can of the look at rotation.

Ive found a few other ways of doing this as well but i was curious how to specifically do this example but without the vectors/makerot from zx in the middle. I guess you could say im trying to make it more straightforward even if a bit more complicated, though im not sure i can do that :smiley: Any help, recommendations or opinions is appreciated.
