What are these? And how do I stop them from showing up?

I am not sure what these ‘balls’ are or why they are appearing on the glass material. They only show up on the glass material, which obviously has reflection. I think they’re a series of spotlights that I have shining through a window nearby.

So, my question is if anyone knows what these are and how do I get rid of them? Thanks!

Try adding a sphere reflection capture to the glass and scale it to the glass itself

Here is the solution. Reduce the ‘Specular Scale’ of the light.
