What are the water & skysphere plugins used in this video?

Hello, I want to build a virtual project featuring warships, similar to the following video:

I wonder what are the plugins used to build the ocean and sky environment in this video, if anyone can tell? And how is the wobbling & bobbling of the ships done, is it real-time physics or is it keyframing using a sequencer?
