What are the prerequisites for Build Tools without Visual Studio for Rider (Unreal Engine)?

Unfortunately, the documentation isn’t very clear for those who want to use Rider correctly with Unreal Engine. There are many options in the Visual Studio Build Tools (.NET, SKD, etc.), and it’s difficult to know which one to choose based on your latest (and often updated) versions. Could you please help?
