So I should agree to some terms and fees which I can not even see and Epic just gave itself the permission to withdraw these (unknowable) funds directly from my bank account (Section 1.1.5.2. of the Hyperwallet Terms and Conditions).
B) Is the Hyperwallet Account mandatory?
I already have a paypal and a SWIFT Bank account. How about a simple wire transfer payout? Pretty much any other store I sell on supports either PayPal or wire transfer.
Hey @kamgam - We’re still working with HyperWallet on this. However, in the meantime, Epic is the one that incurs the fees for HyperWallet usage. So if that’s all you were concerned about, you can proceed with your financial onboarding
Glad you were able to complete the onboarding! We will be continuing to work with HyperWallet to get this page updated as soon as possible. We appreciate you surfacing this for us.
This might be different from countries to countries but one thing for sure, you will have a fee from your bank, you will have to google your country name + bank name, then search for it page on Fee, and finally look for International Transfer , Swift , Wire Transfer or InWard Transfer.
One and a half YEARS later and still nothing (page is still blank). I wonder if the status is still “We’re still working with HyperWallet on this” or if people at Epic & Hyperwallet have just given up on fixing the FAB store
We appreciate re-flagging this thread. I know this is frustrating that it has yet to be completed, and keeping this thread alive helps make sure it does get addressed. I have been tracking down what happened to it since I last escalated it in June '23. We apologize for the wait.
Circling back! This webpage isn’t through the Epic website, so our ability to update it is limited. However, for anyone who may not know, there are no fees for using Hyperwallet with Epic. Epic handles all the fees on the user’s behalf.
