What are some options for adding customized characters for someone new to it?

I have about 3 hours of free time a day to work on a game. It would take more time than I have just to learn how to make, rig and animate characters with the UE4 rig the way you want them to.

maybe you don’t realize, but this is a profession. Its rather normal to take several years to learn a craft.
