is the build I have so far:

+8GB RAM
I already most of the other components (windows, case, storage)
Would that build be sufficient enough to run UE4 efficiently?

It looks pretty solid, only thing I would recommend is getting an Intel CPU. The AMD processors in general are not recommended for use with game development; I used to have an AMD FX-4100 on my old PC and thought that was decent simply because it was a quad core, but I realized it really isn’t capable of much. Today, I have a i7-4770K which is vastly better than the processor I had before. If you have the time to wait, then I would suggest you save up a little more to get a better processor like the i5-4570.
Take a look at page which compares all the top-tier CPUs to date. ://www.cpubenchmark.net/high_end_cpus.html
As a good gaming rig is also what is good for UE4 you should take a look here:

Might want to add more RAM than what is usually included in a gaming rig though. I’d say 16gb is definitely worth it if you plan on doing content creation, working in 3d applications, 2d and Unreal.
Actually I’m more interested in C++ programming.
RAM and CPU are what you should focus on for programming, afaik.
I’m interested in programming, doesn’t mean I won’t be using content creation tools. But yeah, I would probably upgrade my RAM and CPU
as time passes.
I found another version of the 750 Ti:

That one is by Gigabyte and it’s slightly cheaper than the Asus. Is it worth it or should I just stick with Asus?
