Do you mean like Makehuman or more build models from scratch, like Blender or more costly programs?

Mixamo’s FUSE was decent, until Adobe took over.
Recently iClone upped their game, but extremely expensive (~ $1500 to get all the cool stuff to design characters).

Uncollider and unit23 I’m looking more for free software such as Autodesk’s Character Creator but with more features. I’m currently using the trial version of Fuse, but as you know all trials end. So in short I’m looking for a permanent free character creation program. If possible plz include the download links. Thx. -Snowflake_11
