What are some best practices for prepping 3D Models for ArchViz in UE?

Hello, I am relatively new to Unreal and have some questions regarding best practices for bringing 3D assets into Unreal? I typically am bringing in models from Sketchup, Blender, or 3DS Max and want to know what are some of the best practices for prepping the models so that when I import into UE, I am not spending 80% of my time prepping inside UE and more time lighting and texturing?
