And also depends, how often you use it. If you are a day-to-day user, with time you’ll memorize Blender UI specifics and keyboard shortcuts and be really productive. But if you use 3D software rarely, just to adjust 3rd party models or design something basic, unfortunately Blender might slow you down because it has so different UI ideology from all the other software (not only 3D, but in general).
