Hey so in my “Payouts” tab I only have the missing 12% amount from the December payment but I dont have any payment for January there. You too?

I have a payout: 12% unpaid for December + January payment. You may have had a mistake, please contact support.

Everything is fine for me. I received both the 12% missing from December and January (88% now). Perhaps you didn’t reach the minimum threshold of $100 in January?

Let’s just say my earnings are well above $100, so that’s definitely not the issue.

Most likely another mistake from their end.

Try to contact support: support.fab.com/s/?ProductOrigin=FabSupport to see what they gonna say.
Otherwise wait for monday to get a response from the team.

I just got an automated response form the Fab team which doesnt answer any of my questions I asked :frowning:

Why is FAB support ignoring our messages? It’s been several days with no response! Where is the January payout report? This lack of communication is unacceptable!

ye that weird, they usually give a response during weekdays for such important issues.

Or they are just waiting for the payroll system to fix by itself :confused:
