Weird pop in looping animations from Maya

I have this strange problem with a bad pop in all of my looping animations from Maya. The weird thing is if I preview the animation (on the rignt) it looks rock solid. But once applied to a character, you see that the character slowly moves forward and then pops back to origin every time it starts over. I’m not using root motion, it happens with every single looping animation I do, and it doesn’t matter which character it’s applied to, they all do it. I’m at a loss.

May still be related to root motion.
