Weird mesh reposition errors from 3dsmax to Unreal

Hi, Im trying to import a group of objects from 3dsmax to UE 5, using Datasmith and later tried FBX. Once they are imported they are slightly modified in location, rotation etc. Second issue is that once a new object is added in Max and reimported, it does not appear in the engine. But mesh modifications do appear… Curious if there is a solution on how to prepare the group for export so it remains precisely the same. Also encountered it when reimporting from a different mesh with the changes. Thanks!
