Weird interpolation between frames

It’s really frustrating for me.
I’m animating something and I have a big impact, it’s an attack animation, and in two or three frames, the sword, for example, travels a big distance.
and when I import it to unreal, it’s doing weird interpolation in these two to three frames, a lot of gimbal issues that I have no idea from where they are coming from.
I don’t have any gimbal issues in the animation or weird stuff, but when I import it to unreal, there are tons of gimbal lock issues and weird interpolation.
what can I do to fix it?

Hey @Yarboa!

Can you share a video of the error you are facing? Also, can you share your animation settings as well as your import settings for you animation? Where are the animations from? Third party source/blender/etc.?

Any additional specifics you provide may go a long way in solving your problem!

@Quetzalcodename
I can’t share a video because Im working on a game that has not released yet.
The animation is from Maya, animations that I’m doing.
here are the export options from Maya.

and here are the import options in Unreal:

if need more information, let me know.
thanks
