Weird circular lighting/shadow problem on landscape/foliage

My project has a strange lighting/shadows circle that surrounds the camera/player. I think I’ve narrowed it down to the Directional Light and Cast Dynamic Shadows. When I first start up my project this isn’t a problem. After a little panning and navigating, the circle starts to show up and slowly gets worse until it’s a hard line. It goes away if I click off Cast Dynamic Shadows and then turn them back on, temporarily, until I start moving around again. It almost seems like a distance field is being generated as memory fills up but ??? Any suggestions?

Do you have a reflection capture in the scene?

No, but it seems like some sort of sphere of influence.
