Weird black contour on meshes in 4.24 and 4.25

PC Windows 10, gtx 1070
Since I installed 4.24 I have this weird outline on every mesh in the viewport, in the assets thumbnails, and even the material spheres. No matter if it is a fresh empty project or a personal project. I also have just installed 4.25 and it has had the same problem. However, if I open 4.23, I don’t see this outline. In another laptop with windows 10 and 1050 ti everything is perfect, so I am guessing it has something to do with my gtx 1070 gpu? But then why 4.23 is perfect? Antialias is set to the default TemporalAA but even if I switch to the other 3 options the outline stays. I am obligued to use 4.23 until I find a fix for this. Any ideas of why this is happening?
