Weird Artifacts

I have a section of ceiling with lights on it. I have set it up so a roof section is a destructible mesh and it fractures and falls. While this happens I just hide the ceiling lights and then after a bit of time it all resets back to normal. However when the reset happens I get a weird visual artifact as shown in the SS. Any ideas as to what it causing it?

As I walk around the scene the blur moves in relation to the POV

The destructible mesh is reset by just reassigning it with “Set Destructible Mesh”. All this happens in a blueprint. Any ideas? THX.
