Weird 180 Animation Turn With Location Change

I am using the Turret_AnimBP from Paragon from Epic Game’s free assets. Whenever I set Aiming to be true in the Animation Blueprint, it for some reason does a 180-degree turn if its Y-coordinate is negative and does not do a turn fi it’s Y-coordinate is positive.

Does this have to do with Root motion or some weird location-based animation setting? I’m lost, please help.

I figured out there are Look At controls associated with the Aiming variable in the Turret_AnimBP that are responsible for this behaviour.
