week 1 environment project

Hi everyone, im sharing the process of making this environment inspired in silent hill and alan wake. I´m making a part of town that has been mixed in 2 reality’s that multiplied the town in 2 and is exactly the same but one part has weird twist to it. The town is inspired by an alan wake part of town with the silent hill fog and some buildings.

This week i started making the list of assets i will need to make and search for references.

I also started blocking the scene and choosing which building I’m going to make and where there will placed.

I also worked on the ,modular system on the buildings which I’m still working on, I’m just testing o unreal.

WEEK 2:

Hi, this week I kept working on the modular buildings and texturing them. Which i’m going to continue next week I made some main buildings to give the blocking more meaning.

I also pulished more the blocking so the scene makes more sense also adding some trees for that.

In general inworked on the scene actually looking like a road cross in a town

Modular system: I’ve worked more on the system of the building and doing one for the streets with the first pass of texture.

Texture: I´ve started testing teture for the buildings the streets, the grass, to give more sense to the scene.

In general i progressed as much as possible on the layout of the environment and making it as much sense as possible.
