Webpage/webcam feed into game

So I’ve been trying to figure out how to create a virtual office by including webpages or a webcam feed via html5 into my rift project. The main hurdle I’m experiencing right now is that someone forgot to include the feature when they announced it and then released 4.6.

Has anyone found another way to do this?
