It‘s seem well. It worked in UE4.13. But a Serious Problem, the Image is Mirrored ! How can I Fix ?
Found an alternative using Unreal4AR http://www.unreal4ar.com/ download their free demo and it includes a plugin and the accompanying blueprints to get a live webcam in Unreal. It might take some tweaking from there to use it in a customized fashion.
