Web browser Plugins Don't Support HTML5

Hi there I am working on project for web browser plugin to play a video from youtube url yet the problem says that
HTML5 is not supported in this browser how to fix this?

Ok so I learned something about this problem. YouTube videos only work if it isn’t a live video. If the video is live, UE can’t load .m3u8 files in their Chromium codec. Which is the standard file type for live streams. Same thing with Twitch.

So until Epic updates the codec, this will never work.
