WeaponLaser Motion noise

So i made a LaserPointer for my FPS Weapon, and it works great but i got a huge issue, when i stand stil it looks fine:

But when i move the laser beam gets alls noisy like this:

I figured it must have something to do with some motionBlur or something, i know Unreal Engine 4 uses VectorMotionBlur right? and that look really nice, but it kinda messes up small details like this beam.

How can i fix this without turning off motionblur?
