it looks fine in blender. first I thought it was because I used a constraint to move the weapon but then I made it a parent so idk man, please halp

update: there seems to be a problem with the fbx, basically i ■■■■■■ up somewhere in blender. here is the blend file
the deformation is bugged due to duplicate vertex groups, you have to make a new armature deform for the mesh.
i’ll recreate it later today and see if i still have the problem. i remember having the same issue a long time ago so i’m sure it won’t change.
update: turns out my blend file sucked. making a new one fixed it. still anoying tho
