you didnt give any information to work with here so how can you expect a response? if the controller doesnt work with your computer then its probably a drivers issue that has nothing to do with unreal. try reinstalling the drivers. also if its a wireless controller it could be an issue with the wireless adapter, ive had third party ones before that didnt work at all.
