There wasn’t a place to type so I’d like to add the number one thing holding custom sound and audio back is how quiet it gets on import, and audio files take up a lot of upload/download space so maybe some compression/quality settings or option to import mp3 files
some odd choices in there. also pay options often means “it will have a limited lifetime” + other issues? unless there is asset/sound packs one could trust.
some questions being irrelevant as some sounds is just overall important, more so, if doing custom content or putting variations to default sounds. a bit like particles, if thinking different but similar particle guns, or just gunfire in general.
it would be cool to see some own fortnite/UE takes on audio, but metasounds seems pretty cool, if its used a lot in the UE space.
