Hello. I received this message after trying to verify a seller account with incomplete information.
"We’re reaching out to alert you that your Trader verification is incomplete and needs to be updated within the next 30 days. If Trader verification is not completed by 2024-08-20, we will be required to deactivate your Unreal Engine Marketplace publisher account.
If your publisher account is deactivated because Trader verification has not been completed prior to 2024-08-20, you will be unable to sell existing products, upload new products, or receive payouts. Until 2024-08-20, your publisher account will function normally."
I need to get the necessary documents and I just don’t have time by this deadline. Will I be able to activate my account after this period? And how can this be done?
