I sent an email to the support asking them for having notifications when a customer leaves a review of our products and when the creator reply to that review, sending the notification to the customer. The answer the Fab support gave me:
“We appreciate you inquiring. Fab does not send correspondence when a seller receives a review.”
This is by far the most unprofessional answer I have received in years.
If a creator or customer doesn’t receive any notification about a review or whatever it can produce communication issues between creators and sellers. So it’s very important to have enabled notifications when a customer leaves a review (just like Unreal marketplace era) either, via email or an eye-catch icon in the fab website menu bar just like facebook or instagram.
This feature is not just a convenience, it’s essential for maintaining professional communication standards between creators and customers
